Website data protection policy
Responsible
The company SEMER is responsible for processing your personal data on our website. You will find our contact details in the legal information part. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We manage your personal data in complete confidentiality and in accordance with the legal provisions of data protection and this data protection declaration. Your data will not be communicated to other recipients without your explicit consent.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
Access data/Server logs
We automatically collect and record information from your browser. These are:
- The browser type/version,
- The operating system used,
- The original URL (the page previously visited),
- The Internet address of the computer used (IP address),
- The time of interrogation of the server,
- The amount of data transmitted and
- The message indicating whether the call was successful.
Users' IP addresses are deleted or anonymized once use is complete. In the event of anonymization, IP addresses are changed so that isolated information about personal or material circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or definable individual, or only at a significant investment of time, expense and personnel. The data recorded in the "log files" are analyzed anonymously to further improve the website and make it more user-friendly, but also to identify errors and delete them more quickly. In addition, they are used to manage the capacity of the servers so that, if necessary, they can provide the necessary amount of data.
Contact form for further information
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the information you have provided will be processed by our company and other companies in the HTI AG group in order to respond to your request, without prejudice to your right of withdrawal.
Disclosure of data to third parties
The data collected will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the Contract or final payment or if you have given your prior consent. The data thus provided may only be used by our service providers for the purpose of carrying out their tasks. We selected them diligently and commissioned them in writing. They are required to comply with our instructions and are subject to regular checks by us. Any other use of the information is prohibited and does not take place at any of the service providers designated by us.
